Small items get stuck in the lint trap, won’t unlock to add an item shortly after starting despite no water in it yet, beeps far too many times, and broke after less than 2 years.

Always had a problem with drying clothes. Either over drying or not enough. Had to buy a new iron as all the clothes came out very wrinkled due to over drying. Now after 3 years of use the dryer stopped working. It can still dry clothes but takes about 6 hours, not great to say the least. Disappointing considering the price point. My previous washer dryer worked for 8 years with no problem at all and I didn’t need to iron as all the clothes came out nice and soft. Tried calling Zanussi to schedule a repair they are not replying. Poor customer service in addition to a bad appliance.

Not a patch on my previous Zanussi washer/dryer. Takes so much longer to achieve the same results.

Had to send it back because water was getting into the drum when it was supposed to be drying- things came out wetter than when they went in!!

Wash programs very good, pity we got the runt,the drying cycle did not dry.Top got hot, glass did not, returned.

Good value for money but no time saving options on wash loads, which means most washes are 2.5 hrs and above. Not ideal when trying to save energy.

Just 4 uses so far, 1 week in. The wash cycle is as quiet as expected but the drying cycle is loud! It sounds like the drain pump is constantly whirring and it makes a monotonous beat throughout the whole drying cycle, which can be very long. I was hoping this would be suitable for night time use in my flat but sadly it won't be. The AO team have otherwise been good so far. The delivery men deserve a lot of credit, very hard working and friendly.

Overall satisfied. Quiet machine.
