Really easy to use, simple to set up and adjust the time of the wash and dry.

First time buying Zanussi appliance and overall I'm pleased with the product. We changed from a hotpoint machine that was much louder. Good product with easy documentation a d warranty registration.

The delivery was excellent ( thank you) to the 2 delivery men. We got washer/ dryer quick within couple of day’s. I had 2 separate appliances before but needed the space as made garage into a dinning room and wanted machine to do both jobs. It’s extremely quiet and excellent only downside is fixing the door panel on. The was a nightmare. But overall we are really pleased Thanks

Old machine packed up and I researched machines for a couple of weeks and this came up trumps. It arrived the day before I went away to work and did 2 washes one on Wash only the second on a Wash & Dry and wasn't disappointed, and was so surprised how quiet it was especially as my house is open plan. My only niggle and reason for a 4 is the hinge mountings are a different width to my existing machine. Would've been nice for this to be standardised. Will not have to rebore holes in existing door.

The old washer died (front drum bearing collapsed) on Monday got a new washer Wednesday also got a free gift,old washer taken away for free the ordering process was a piece of cake & the guy who phoned to check my order & delivery date was very bright & cheery made the whole process seamless have already told friends & family will definitely use them again.

Had to send it back because water was getting into the drum when it was supposed to be drying- things came out wetter than when they went in!!

10+ year old Candy machine finally packed it in, so we purchased this lovely washer/dryer as a replacement. We've had it since January (5+ months) and so far have been very impressed. There is a good selection of programs, most of which are adaptable in terms of temperature and length, and the capacity is excellent. We've not had a dryer before this, and must say how happy we've been with this feature. I wasn't sure how efficient a condensing dryer would be (and yes, if you stuff the drum beyond the recommended amount, it will take ages), but it has made a big difference for a family of four with two mucky kids who never seem to stop producing washing! If I had any complaints, it would be that the touch controls are sometimes a bit finicky, not registering a press until the second or third push, and that the liquid dispenser drawer is a bit stiff to push in, but these are minor issues that I can live with. Overall, we're very happy with its performance.
