We were delighted with the look of this item but have had to contact Zanussi as there was a plastic bung missing from the box. Apart from that we are really pleased with the design and overall condition of this cooker hood.

Pictorial instructions not the clearest and screws, etc, unexpectedly absent. More awkward to fit than the hood it replaced and noisier than expected from description and spec, but good lighting. Having looked at many makes before ordering, I should have spotted that its grease filter is not washable - disappointing.

Good quality cooker hood, let down by silly things. Who decided a white painted product should be supplied with a black mains cable, looks really ugly. The installation instructions are just pictures, no words, I installed as a recirculated hood and with no words it's not obvious which diagram is relevant. The install pack looks to be random as it did not contain any of the three install packs shown in the guide.

the previous cooker hood I had was so noisy and hard to keep clean, yes a little noise but not too noisy and I can hear conversations above it when it is in use this is great

Bought this with a new cooker. Very pleased with it. It does what it's supposed to do. Only niggle - length of flex. Long enough to reach the cooker socket, but only just and it looked awful. Had to extend it in the end.

Tidy, looks good and no complaints at all, easy fit and the led lights are good.

The Product is good once its been put up, but the Installation Manual has pictures which make no logical sense and are difficult to follow. Also - Be warned there are no holes in the side of the unit to screw to cupboards on either side. My old Hood had them and it was a doddle to fit. This one doesn't for reasons I cant fathom - definitely a flaw in my opinion. I wouldn't have bought this item had I have known.
