Didn't come with any fixing screws or brackets as described in manual. Manual did not have written instructions, only difficult to follow instructions. For this reason I am returning it.

It doesn't come with a plug just the two wires so I'm a bit confused with how to install it.

Received item with no fixings or instructions for use or installation. Complained on the chat, sent me a link to zanussi for instructions of use and installation, the fact that I have no fixings in the box was ignored. Had to complain again on the chat, waited another 2 days for a reply, the fixings are now supposed to be on their way to me. I have had to cancel my electrician twice due to this, Totally unacceptable and all I get is a sorry for the inconvenience, still waiting for fixings to be sent. Very, very disappointed.

Product arrived with no fixings , there should have been brackets to attach to wall. I’m very practical so I used screws and large washers, not perfect, but it should stay on the wall. The sales assistant though a filter was included, it was not. Great sales assistant, but spoilt on delivery.

They no longer include any of the fittings (not even any specifics about what they used to be), and the installation instructions are terrible. Pretty cheap looking, which is OK given the price, but no fittings and bad instructions is inexcusable

It helps but not that powerful

The product is great..however, beware that you have to buy a charcoal filter separately. It also quite difficult to source. I eventually found one online but it took a lot of detective work!
