I bought this Pc around january,When i first opened the pc the back fans rgbs where on but the fan was not spinning so i sent it back to Scan and waited around 2 weeks to get it back,After i got it back i had it for around 2 months before the pc black screened.I sent it back again and the issue was the Ram slipped out.On saturday (26 april 2025) I got the pc back from another repair To the pc asking for recovery codes,So i enter that then i need to go into bios and enable secure boot again and then i booted into safe mode so it still took me about a hour to open a app after unboxing.It is now randomly turning off. I am now in the process of a refund. On a more positive note even though i have had a bad experince with the pc itself Customer support has been top tier all of scans team have been helpful the whole time so thats why the review is 3 stars not one.

Plug and play, arrived quickly. It’s very fast and excellent for fast paced games like Fornite and apex. It will load smoothly with the best graphic settings. No need to lower the settings for better game play experience. I only play AAA games and I’m a first time pc owner, this is great for a beginner. And it’s very pretty!. Super quiet also! It can handle what I want so far.

Really good got it for my birthday,came with a “faulty fan” (cable was loose) But scan (company behind 3XS) Fixed it immediatly and had it back the same week! U Get 180FpS consisnt on fortnite,240fps on minecraft and 110 fps on gta v i highliy reccomend this pc for anyone who is starting off as its simple to set up and a lot of fun Also just as a extra it includes Asus 24Inch 100hz eyecare monitor Asus tuff heaphones (comfy) Asus tuff gaming 100% membrane keyboard Asus tuff mouse with rgb 4 diff polling rates and 5 buttons in total
