    Perfect, a new oven that I didn't have to get used to!

    I bought a Hotpoint Double Oven 11 years ago and it recently gave of the ghost after a lot of hard work baking bread every other day, roasts cakes, and all sorts of ready meals and not so ready meals. I was so disappointed as it had no real problems other than one replacement thermostat and a door switch (oh and the occasional bulb). As it was 11 years old and looking tired and worn out and a bit grubby here and there I decided to bite the bullet and look around for a replacement. After looking at all the options on AO.com I spotted this Hotpoint at a really good price and bought it straightaway. When it was all up and running, I found it was almost identical to my original, even down to the ping it make when the alarm goes off. The only real difference are the doors which look much easier to clean and the handles. We managed to complete several cookery items for exhibiting at our local show and even won prizes. Yes we a very pleased with our new old cooker.

    Survived 8 years of tenant abuse

    It is a replacement for similar model which survived almost intact of years of tenants ! Who seldom cleaned it. So can’t be bad, can it? Stainless steel of course is prone to finger marking, white would have been a better choice.

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
