2 failed microwaves in 2 weeks!

Good price but the first one didn’t open the door properly as the button wasn’t aligned correctly. AO got a replacement out to me promptly however, the second one stopped working after about 3 days and I am waiting for an indesit engineer to come out to me to investigate the problem. It could just be a freak problem with a recent batch as I had the same microwave that lasted 7 years before it stopped working.

Looks great was a replacement for my older microwave,this is so neat ,all one piece without the separate frame around ,also has a grill and comes with a handy splatter guard ,all in all very pleased and would recommend, the service from aol was excellent when I had a query about the fan coming on when the door was opened as I wasn’t sure this was supposed to happen ,customer service was second to none as they found out the answer for me ,excellent friendly helpful service from aol
