Build quality appears to be as good as any other major brand. The internal components like plastic used for the shelves feel sturdy and unlikely to break. We swapped the direction the door swung open - an easy job with a couple of basic tools, quite intuitive too as there weren't any instructions in the box and we managed to figure everything out (instructions are available online). Favourite thing: There's a draw for ice cube trays (or frozen herbs - you do you). Somehow everybody stopped doing these a few years ago and I can't understand why, it's such an improvement.

Really pleased with this fridge freezer, loads of fridge space, 2 drawers inside the fridge is a bonus. Absolutely love the drawers for the freezer, plenty of room and better than opening the whole door of a usual style freezer. Fantastic design and looks stylish.

Total love my fridge freezer. The freezer draws are nice and deep so we get all my weekly shopping and more in them and love the ice shelf for your smaller items. Fridge is so spacious and love the my zone draw where you can change the temperature depending on what your putting in it. This fridge is so smart with the tec features that help you keep goods fresher for longer, or you could just plug it in and leave it like any other fridge. Only down side is when you come to change the side your door opens, as the wires go in the door and makes it impossible to do unless your a pro. Overall it's a brilliant fridge freezer and everyone who's seen it loves it to.

Absolutely beautifully designed and built with the spacious layout of the fridge elements (three levels of shelf space plus two 'Humidity' and 'My' zone storage areas for meat, fish, Cheeses and salads. Then the two large capacity freezer draws below which take enough content to make our garage freezer redundant. This is a superbly built fridge freezer at a very good price, and support package from AO. We are simply delighted with the whole AO experience. David and Christine Dixon

Really good fridge freezer. Holds a lot. Happy to recommend it. Noticeably better than our last one - chilled items are at the right temperature - it circulates cold air rather than relying on a cold back panel. The freezer drawers work well, still getting used to them and organising food - like having a mini chest freezer.

This fridge freezer is brilliant. The fridge section is huge, with loads of space and plenty of compartments for different foods. The freezer section is amazing. I was worried it might be small with just 2 drawers, but they're large enough to fit everything and the internal drawer is perfect for ice cubes etc.
