    Hisense 12kg washing machine

    I love the machine. The large drum allows for bigger loads of course but there's also lots of room for the clothes to be agitated so they wash better. It's so much better than my previous machine. I haven't tried all the cycles yet but will work my way through, especially to see what the steam cycles wash like? All in all a really good washing machine.

    Large, quiet, easy to use & works really well. Our washing is smelling fresh & lovely even with eco detergent & softener. Only 4 stars, as hate how long each cycle is. There is no way of shortening it, my previous washing machine had a button to cut the cycle in half. I understand it is to up the energy rating & take longer. But over 3 hours is super long. Great service from AO as usual.

    Fantastic value. Does a 15 minute wash very well. The spin speed is 14000 which is usually only on much more expensive machines. Drum size very impressive can get all a king size bedding set in one load

    The cardboard type thing provided to stick on the underneath to minimise sound doesn’t stick, had to stick it on with sellotape and it’s fallen off! The plugs provided for the back are not for this model, it’s poor quality and noisy I can’t see it lasting.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
