Really pleased with this machine it’s really simple to use and works so quietly. Clothes are spotless and spun almost dry.Would highly recommend. Excellent service from AOL on time with delivery and sold for a good price.

Very quiet machine. Would prefer a 1600 spin cycle but 1400 is really good. Good choice of cycles.

This is our second Miele washing machine, replacing a 16 year old machine that had done sterling service. This model is essentially an updated version of that one and so far is giving excellent washing and drying results. It also seems to be quieter than its predecessor. It is a very good basic machine with no unnecessary frills (and therefore less to potentially go wrong) but it has a wide range of useful programmes.

Our last Miele washing machine lasted nearly 20 years and was still working but not quite as well as in the past. This new one shows how much the technology has moved on. Firstly only cold water is used. The different programmes suggest that different clothing weight should be washed in each programme and the eco cycle is over 3 hours long but is supposed to use less energy. Certainly the clothes come out clean and smelling fresh even with the short wash ( something I now realise we’d not had with our old machine for sometime. ) it is more complex than the old machine but the instructions are clear and the different programmes make sense I’m hoping this works for as long as the old machine . First impressions are very good.

Nice machine. However, I do have some negative remarks. Supposed to be quiet but it’s a little noisier than the old (7 years) Samsung that I had to replace. I don’t however like the door seals - some liquid puddles in the exit seal despite the profile that’s supposed to drain the residue into the seal folds. Is dried up as yiu pull out the spun washing but nevertheless, should drain away. Also, the seal folds gather water and do not properly drain through to the drum when spinning or at the end of cycle.

Very efficient, very quiet, washes well. Lots of choice for cycles.

Love my Miele machine the last one I had lasted 18 years hoping this one lasts as long. Easy to use and quiet.
