We’re doing the best we can during these extraordinary times, but the safety of our drivers and customers is our priority. If you’re self-isolating, we can arrange to leave your order on your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll deliver the product to a room of your choice. There’s no need to select this option at checkout, simply tell us where you want it when we arrive.
We’ve made sure that our drivers can comply with social distancing guidelines while completing deliveries by knocking on the customers’ door and waiting at least two metres away. Drivers have been given gloves and facemasks and are encouraged to wear them – if your driver isn’t then please feel free to ask them to wear them. We are also asking customers to wait in another room while we deliver.
If you need to amend your order, you can do this through My Account. You can also find out when your delivery is due, and change the delivery date if you need to, using our Track Your Order page.
You can easily find out who will be delivering your order at the checkout.
Your order is coming straight from AO if you’re asked to pick a delivery day from a calendar.

We do, but our drivers will have the final say on whether a delivery is possible. Once you place an order, you’ll be asked how many steps your home has, so we can make sure we’re prepared on the day.
The parts of your order that aren’t in our warehouse will be delivered separately. You’ll be given a choice of delivery days and timeslots for each product when you buy.
