    Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery to mainland UK.

    We have flexible delivery options available. For a little extra, get your fridge freezer tomorrow with next day delivery. Enter your postcode at the checkout to see if it’s available to you.

    We deliver from 7am ‘til 7pm and will give you a 4-hour window on the morning of your delivery.

    Pay a little more and you can even get a timeslot to plan your day around. See the available timeslots at the checkout.

    The timeslots we’ll offer you will depend on where you are and what installation needs to be done when we get there.

    We’ll give you a range of delivery dates to pick from at the checkout. We even deliver at the weekend. You can also order up to 10 weeks in advance, so there’s plenty of time to prep for our arrival.

    You can rebook your order any time before 11am on the day before your delivery, so no need to worry if your kitchen redesign plans get pushed back.

    Along with DPD, we try and deliver to as many homes as possible, but there are a few places we just can’t get to.

    Northern Ireland

    For £32, we can deliver to Northern Ireland, but you won’t be able to pick a delivery date online. We’ll text or ring you with the date we’ll be delivering your parcel to our courier. They’ll then get in touch with you to let you know when they’ll be delivering. Delivery promotions like next day delivery aren’t available for Northern Ireland.

    Remote parts of Scotland

    If you live in the Scottish Highlands or remote parts of Scotland, we might not be able to deliver to you. Enter your postcode at the checkout to see if we can.

    We can? Great. Delivery may cost a little more and promotions won’t be available.

    Channel Islands, ROI and Isle of Man

    If you’re in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, sorry, but we can’t deliver to you.

    Before 8:30am on the morning of your delivery day, we’ll send you a text and an email with an estimated 4-hour timeslot - so you know when we’ll be turning up.

    If you track your order, you’ll even see the delivery window get smaller and smaller as we get closer and closer.

    When we get there, we don’t just leave your order at the front door. We’ll take it into whichever room you need it in.

    For any extra services you’ve bought like unpacking, installation or disposal, we’ll sort them when we arrive.

    What you can do before delivery day

    • Once you place your order, you’ll be asked how many steps your home has. We’ll always attempt a delivery, but our drivers have the final say on what’s possible.
    • Our drivers can’t change your home in any way to try and make a delivery. They also can’t remove their shoes for safety reasons, so protective sheets to keep your carpets clean are a good idea.
    • If you go to My Account or use Track Your Order, you can get updates on where your driver is.
    • You can easily change your delivery day or timeslot using My Account, so there’s no problem if your plans change.
