We'll price match any item we sell and it's delivery against any other retailer – we’ll even match discount codes and those all-important sales periods. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:
That’s it! We’ll need to confirm the price of the product, so make sure you’ve got a link to it to hand. The whole thing should only take a few minutes and you’ll save some money too. Winner winner!
The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, let us know through our live chat service (8am - 7pm, Mon-Fri, 8am - 6pm Sat-Sun). We’ll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days. If you let us know after those 7 days, we won't be able to match the price.
If you place your order with us in November and then the price drops on our site, you have until November 30th to claim back the difference. For orders placed after November, you’ll only have 7 days to claim back the difference. If you let us know after this, we won't be able to match the price.
