Whenever a product is returned to our warehouse for whatever reason, we’ll do our best to fix it. If we can’t, it gets dismantled and we keep as many usable working parts as we can to reuse as spares. That way, we can help our customers and do our bit for the environment at the same time – two of our core company values for the price of one!
