Love this cleaner so much. Set up was very quick and it is simple and easy to use. The cleaning fluid could work out pricey, as you get through it quickly in large rooms, but it does the job well. It is saving me a huge amount of time, as I don't need to mop and vacuum separately.

My old faithful bissell gave up after many years this new version is bissell with bells on, nothing not to like. Quickly assembled lightweight & effective on upstairs carpets & downstairs hardwood flooring

Having a messy spaniel and a messy 2 year old our wood floors always looked a mess until we bought this, it is amazing!! So quick and easy to use, cleans to a shine and leaves floors dry. Fantastic!!

This is such an efficient time saver and so easy to use.

I really like this cleaner. The product description said that it cleans area rugs rather than carpets, but all my carpets are low pile and it worked well. My daughter's carpet which has has suffered from kinetic sand spillages and playdoh, looked like new. I was worried about whether it would pick up long hair from the carpet; this was also no problem although I did have to cut the hair of the head afterwards. Performed much better as a vacuum cleaner than my previous Vac although doing the stairs was more tricky.

With 2 dogs in the house I find myself hoovering/mopping constantly! This has made my life so much easier! So easy to use and assemble! Only downside I would say is that it is quite noisy! I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt it brought up when I thought my doors were reasonably clean.

Hi I bought the bissell crosswave.. it was excellent at picking up dust and dirt from my laminate floors and rug.. no more mop and bucket a great 3 I. One product.. would highly reccomened.

This machine has halved my workload. It is ingenious! I used to vaccuum all my hard floors and then steam clean them. Now I just push the Bissell around the room. The dog hair and dust disappear along with any dirty patches or marks. The first time I used it I was disgusted with the sludge and dirt which it collected. The steamer used previously, obviously hadn't done the job properly. Minimal effort and great effect. The floors are clean and the rugs also. I tried it on carpets to erase any little marks. Of course, the marks are gone. At last, something that delivers. Love it!
