While the CrossWave doesn’t have attachments for doing crevices, stairs etc if you have young children and are constantly cleaning up spills, bits of play doh etc then this is a really good machine. It’s powerful, easy to clean and works well on all surfaces (despite it not being advertised for carpets). Would recommend if you want something that vacs and cleans carpets and hard floors. Overall very impressed.

Brilliant product!! Saves so much time on cleaning, it vacuums, washes and dries the floor all in one go . It works equally as well on laminate flooring, tiles and area rugs . It leaves the floors gleaming and dry in seconds . Well worth the money.

Saves so much time (and space as i dont need a mop bucket) I can hoover and mop at the same time. I can also give my rugs a clean every time I hoover, helping get rid of bacteria. It makes my house a lot cleaner . It doesnt soak everything either. iv cleaned two types of rugs now and the water didnt go through to the other side and when cleaning laminate floors, it's not soaking the wood. The machine is lightweight, easy to set up and easy to clean after use. I have a labrador and it handles all its dog hair and muddy prints. The price is average for this type of product but well worth it. I had no problem with delivery and the service was high. I would definitely recommend.

Recently purchased this product and I am happy with its performance. The only negative is the cleaning of the floor edges. Other than that it cleans my floors well and does not leave the too wet.

I love this machine !! It's so easy to use and cleans hard floors superbly including the grout between floor tiles, it's also quite good on carpets. The only draw back is that it doesn't get that close to the edges and the cleaning fluid is a bit pricy which is why I've given it 4stars rather than 5

Very impressed with this! Usually have bits of cat litter and biscuits on the kitchen floor every day. In just 10 minutes I've hoovered and washed it in one go. Absolutely love it. Fantastic investment. Really easy to use.

Used this machine on vinyl and laminate flooring and was great. At least halved my usual clean-up time. Hoovered the dog hairs up and washed the floor at the same time. Easy to use and easy to assembly only problem is it doesn’t get right into the edges.
