Purchased to use as a quick clean until I can hire a proper one, I found that the X2 actually works as well if not better than the one I hire.

Pretty easy to use, though you need to go online to get instructions. Cleans powerfully. Not too heavy to handle. Would recommend. Only negative is that it is hard to fill the tank from the tap as the top of the tank is on a slant.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone!! It’s worked just as well as a professional carpet cleaner, I recently moved into a house and the carpet was badly stained and it absolutely stank! I spend 3 hours on my hands and knees scrubbing it and it didn’t make any difference, I then bought the Bissell pro heat x2, the first stoke on the carpet you could see the difference! Looks brand new and smells amazing just from the first use! I won’t be using anything else ever again other than this amazing product!

With regards to the Carpet Cleaner itself: I've worked my way through a number of carpet cleaners in my time - two very large dogs with very extremely muddy paws has meant that all machines were regularly put through their paces! This machine arrived in bits - but was easily assembled. The need for a Phillips screwdriver was just to make sure the carry handle was secure and I improvise with a knife. Its light, surprisingly stylish, and easy to fill and empty. But the main thing about this machine is that it cleans beautifully and efficiently. I got a bit of a kick watching all the grime being sucked up! Can't wait till the next rain fall and trail of muddy paw prints so I can use it again! :)

Easy to put together. Cleaned brilliantly and dried quickly. I can’t fault it.

What can I say. Did lots of research on carpet cleaners. Wow this is amazing the gunk it got out my carpet was incredible. I thought my carpets were pretty clean but oh no. Worth every penny.
