Not fit for purpose. Used it once. Brush belt broke after 1 n 1/2 rooms. Still waiting for a replacement belt

Unfortunately, I will be returning this item. The rollers stopped working during its first use and I cannot get them to restart. I have cleaned out the machine and there is nothing stuck! We don't have pets and no one wears shoes inside. The machine leaves the carpet soaking despite running the dry setting over it countless times. Not impressed by this item.

Purchased, sent back and replaced twice. Very good carpet cleaner but the upholstery attachment was no good at all. The spray nozzle started off spraying the cleaning fluid well but soon became blocked and only came out in drops.

The Bissell Proheat 2x Revolution 18583 Carpet Cleaner is very efficient at cleaning. But to clean out the machine afterwards is not easy. TO get access to clean the brushes you must remove the the side plates , there are three selftapping screws each side, i think that with a fare ammount of use the threads into the plastic will fail, it will then be expensive to replace some of the parts. As an Engineer i would not have bought if i had known.

It's OK but cleaning it is a pain had different ones in the past that were easier to clean.

The washer is easy to assemble and use. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are on the small side, so needs regular refilling, however this makes it easy to move around and use. It does suck up some fluff from the carpet, but is supplied with a tool to remove it, which is great. Has got rid of the day to day muck caused by having pets etc as well as a couple of harder stains. Only missing a star due to size of tanks, but as this makes the machine light, it is a happy compromise.

In general he machine works fine. Bit noisler than i exopected. Does not leave carpeys as dry as it says and the extra ;arge diry container I have to empty twice to 1 full clean container very poor as i am emptying it every 5 minutes.
