Really pleased with it. I like the fact that the water stays warm, which assists with cleaning the carpet. Very easy to use. It’s cleaned my carpets so much better than my previous Vax cleaner.

Highly recommended I have 5 dogs and 6 kids and this carpet cleaner gets marks and stains up with noproblem at all it's like a new carpet every time

Best carpet cleaner I have used and that includes Supermarket hires. Very easy to use and the rotating brushes really lift the dirt, carpet looks like new. The two reservoirs click in and out easily. Cleaning tool would benefit from having a brush but that is a minor point. Great product and a bargain at this price. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic carpet cleaner. I have tried many including the George and various industrial cleaners but this one has beaten them all. The rollers are very effective in removing loose and embedded hairs and the suction is fantastic. The drying time does vary quite a lot but doing a deep clean takes a minimum of 24 hours to be completely dry.

Had a vax previously but this Bessel is far superior carpet are like new!
