Excellent product, easy to use and really makes a good job of both carpets and upholstery. So much better than other other products I have purchased in the past.

Absolutely brilliant,easy to use - does all it claims to.My kitchen carpet is 7 years old ! never been cleaned-shampooed it twice- looks as good as new ! Thoroughly recommend it.

Really pleased with this cleaner. Love the fact it now has separate containers for clean and dirty water. Also the suction is stronger than our old one ????

After a lot of research on which carpet cleaner would be the best to use. I decided on this model. Very happy so far. It's very easy to use and very easy to connect together. The only downfall is in the description it says the dirty water capacity is 4.5litres. Yes this is the case but it doesnt hold 4.5 litres of dirty water. I'd say about 1.5 litres, which is a bit annoying having to keep emptying it. Apart from that a good little machine.

I have only used this once so far. I am very pleased with the results. It has cleaned my two couches well. They need another going over but this is down to the couches and me getting to grips with using the machine. I am really impressed with how well it has worked on my living room carpet. It has lifted stubborn stains. As well as lifting the carpet pile so it is not as flat as it once was. The hook for the flex is too bit short which means the flex falls off which is a little annoying when I don't want the flex trailing while I'm using it. I found watching a few YouTube videos helped me to work out how to use the machine as I have never had one before.

Pleased how it cleaned my carpet but it took a long time to dry! In the end left it overnight. Therefore I give it 4 out of 5.

This product looks and feels more sturdier than other products. Only used once but did as what was advertised on the web site, cleaned away a few heavy marks on carpet with ease.

Have previously owned a Bissell and thought it was time for an upgrade . Amazing cleaning power , all round great product.
