Love the hoover cleans really well. One downside a little awkward to clean out thoroughly

After a lot of research on which carpet cleaner would be the best to use. I decided on this model. Very happy so far. It's very easy to use and very easy to connect together. The only downfall is in the description it says the dirty water capacity is 4.5litres. Yes this is the case but it doesnt hold 4.5 litres of dirty water. I'd say about 1.5 litres, which is a bit annoying having to keep emptying it. Apart from that a good little machine.

Pleased how it cleaned my carpet but it took a long time to dry! In the end left it overnight. Therefore I give it 4 out of 5.

Bissell ProHeat did good job cleaning carpets even high footfall area like stairs. Did good job of restoring pile of the carpet too. Very easy to assemble and light to use. Only down side was how often I had to stop and fill and empty the water tanks, frustrating when you just want to get job done. Water went long way however when using the attachments.. if you have large carpet areas then you might find this bit annoying. All in all machine did good job and worth serious consideration.

Pretty easy to use, though you need to go online to get instructions. Cleans powerfully. Not too heavy to handle. Would recommend. Only negative is that it is hard to fill the tank from the tap as the top of the tank is on a slant.

was very excited to open and use my new machine however the instructions were not the best. A quick check on utube helped.Once up and running was really pleased with how it cleaned the carpet and setee. Only negative it was a bit heavy to carry around but still easy to use and cleans really well

Compact & easy to manouvre. Dirty water tank smaller capacity than my old (12 yr. Old) machine so had to empty water frequently. Power cord also shorter than previous machine. Instructions not brilliant, took me a while to work out why the machine stopped suctioning... the tank was full, but there is no indicator other than a change in tone. Did a good job on carpets but they took a lot longer than an hour to dry. These points are relatively minor so overall I am pleased with my purchase.

So I've contemplated getting a professional carpet cleaning job done to 5 rooms and corridor, but thought that would be covered by the cost of purchasing this carpet cleaner. I've never carpet cleaned and I'm not known to be good at home chores. So this was all new to me. However, I was pleasantly happy with how easy it was to set up, fill up the tanks and remove dirty water, and clean afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this and not go for professional cleaning service as you will get so much more usage out of this.
