Very compact bean to cup machine. Good range of settings and very easy to set up and to use. Excellent value

Intuitive to use and makes tasty coffee. Really like that it cleans itself. Can be a little noisy, but not dramatically so. Very happy with the purchase. Excellent service from AO.

Simple to use and effective at producing a fine coffee. Tastes exactly like you have just been to a professional coffee shop chain. Easy to adjust the strength and quantity of coffee. Milk steamer also works well and is easy to clean after each use. Overall very impressed! Looks great too and takes up minimal space in the kitchen.

Great coffee machine, very easy to use with lots of great features. The only slight negatives, coffee could be hotter as often needs microwaving but this seem to be a common issue with this type of machine and, the milk dispenser creates too much foam, if you’re not careful you will have a coffee with nothing but head. I still highly recommend this machine tho and the service from AO has been great as always.

This is a fantastic bean to cup coffee maker which has many extra features we are loving. The melitta can warm your cup using the hot water and the milk steamer is also excellent at helping you make your cappuccinos and lattes. I am able to custom my strength of coffee which is super and the machine is easy to fill and clean. It has a lot of features and is a quality product for the price range- so pleased with it!

This machine is the absolute ?? beast of coffee machines, does exactly what it says on the box, most excellent coffee every time !! Easy to use, no faffing, simple easy buttons

Makes lovely coffee and froths the milk for a cappuccino very well. I'm not very technically minded, but managed to get it up and running with only a few hiccups. Some of the instructions are a bit quirky, but we got there in the end. Uses lots of coffee beans!
