Very compact and amazing suction power - it makes cleaning easy!

Great Product. Easy to use, good quality compared to our previous Dyson. Just push the 'on' button and off you go without the need to hold down the trigger like our previous hoover. it is slightly heavier, but it just glides around our wooden floors without any effort. Put into Auto mode and it moves through the various suctions modes depending on your floor type and dirt level. My only criticism is that you can only charge it on the base station. But hey ho, the battery lasts to clean the whole house.

#Gifted I had the opportunity to try this product and I would say that after trying it, I'm very impressed. This vacuum cleaner is light and very maneouvarable and does make the chore of hoovering quite simple. It feels well built and it's very easy to use. Having had the hoover now for 3 weeks I can definitely say that this is by far the best hoover I had. You simply have to take it of the hanger and use it. This hoover is perfect for pet hairs. I have a dog that sheds a lot of hair in this period of time. So I would say that I'm really impressed. Overall I would highly recommend this hoover to anyone. It's perfect lightweight, easy to use and the price is great.

"#gifted Upon arrival I was surprised at how small and compact the box was. It was fairly easy to assemble and switch on without reading the instructions. There are 3 speed settings. Low, mid, turbo. I found turbo was the best to lift deep dust but there is only a short battery life of a few minutes with this. I noticed a high pitched ringing noise on turbo mode which did irritate my ears a bit. It was similar to having tinnitus so I found that I was sensitive to this. The bin was confusing to remove on the first go but when you realise that it is magnetically attached, it is almost effortless to remove. To empty the bin was a little bit of a faff but it is designed well to be able to clean the bin area and filters. The package came with 2 nozzles and a wall mount unit. Unfortunately the wall mount unit had no slots to hold the tools so they had to go in a cupboard. I find removing the vacuum from the wall mount is rather effortless and the charge status flashes to show the product is charging. The head does get stuck on the edges of the sofa when hoovering and doesn't glide around corners as well as my other cordless vacuum but it seems to pick up bits better and I enjoy the little light on the front as a bit of a novelty. Overall, I would recommend this product for household cleaning of carpets and hard floors."

#GIFTED After receiving the AP81UB25SH I was keen to test it out against our current household cleaner. First impressions played out - the AEG 8000 series is not only a very smart, modern-looking product, it backs its looks with suction power, battery life and ease of use thanks to the incredibly light weight. The killer feature is the light on the UltimatePower Bristle cleaning head - sounds like a gimmick but genuinely has saved me time in avoiding going over the same areas (especially under tables/sofas) now that I can actually see what I'm cleaning! The AEG 8000 Series is a smart, minimalist, lightweight cleaner with all the power and smarts to cope with a full household clean. If you're in the market for a cordless vacuum cleaner this needs to be high on your shortlist.

#Gifted - I was very unsure whether an AEG vacuum was going to live up to expectations as I have been an avid user of a well known bagless competitor for many years. I have been hugely impressed - the manufacture quality, simplicity to assemble and the attention to detail is impressive. Even the boxes/ plastic free packaging and instructions are all jargon free and easy to understand. The vacuum itself charges quickly, has good storage dimensions, and most importantly is sturdy, yet impressively lightweight when in use. It floss nicely to help get under furniture and has a handy light on the front, just like vacuums did when I was a child! The suction has really shown me how poor my last vacuum was, as the level of dirt I?m now getting from my clean looking carpets is significant. The tools, brushes and included attachments are limited with this entry level version, however it covers my needs perfectly. I have no ?even better if?s? and can only give positive feedback for this get product.

I would like to leave 5 stars as the machine is light weight and has good suction but I found it fiddly to empty as the heppa filter fell out each time I used it making it a faff to put that back in each time i used it. I had a faulty machine as that filter shouldn't fall out so I sent it back. So why not five stars. It definitely isn't for households where pets live or had people with long hair living in it as it almost immediately loses power because the brush is caught with hair so can't rotate. When it doesn't rotate it stops working Do not buy if you have pets. Do not buy if you have long hair. If you have neither this is likely to be a very nice effective lightweight vacuum cleaner
