This is a very good dryer and I particularly like the flexibility of the programmes. There is more than one way to do a short programme and I love that because I sometimes only want to get rid of creases. I have two different dryers because I support a family member who has special needs and I've noticed that this dryer leaves the clothes very soft and much less creased than my other dryer, even when I don't empty the drum straight after the programme has ended. I use it two or three times a day and I'm very happy with my purchase

So far so good. My last expensive heat pump dryer was a dismal failure but thanks to AO customer service a part refund was provided, so it was with some trepidation I decided to buy another. This one is easy to use, dries things well, looks great, and clearly doesn't use much electricity because although i have solar panels & battery, it doesn't even register on my smart meter when it's on.

Great product, easy to use, and has lots of different programmes. I'm looking forward to lower electricity bills as this is far more efficient than the old one.

Quick drying extremely happy

It's a 5-er! I am not exaggerating! I was sceptical but it does work and it does not take too much longer from a condenser dryer. And it's much more eficient!

Great tumble dryer. From what I had read about heat pump dryers I was expecting the drying cycle to be much longer than it is. 2 bath sheets, 4 hands towels and few bits and bobs dried in just under 3 hours which is no longer than with my old vented dryer.

Really quiet compared to a vented dryer. Vented used 3.5kwh to dry a full load of towels, this used 1.4kwh. We use overnight so can do a full load for less than 20p. I have fitted the draining option so I don't have to empty the tank (it was really easy)

Very pleased with our purchase, the heat pump dryer has been a great addition to the household. Would definitely recommend to others. The dryer does need to be on longer than a conventional tumble dryer, but more cost effective. The Beko model we purchased is of good quality and quite stylish, along with good value for money.
