Clothes come out soft and airy, the machine is relatively quiet and is simple to use. Would certainly buy again.

Great price for an efficient tumble dryer.

Only a 4 because we had to reverse the door which was very difficult. Took two adults to turn the glass Emailed Beko but no reply.. Only used one program so far. No reverse action on that program. Hopefully is on some others. Vague instructions re the steam program. Early days yet but for the price not impressed.

Great size and does all the washing in a one-er! First load we tried was still a little damp but I think you've got to select really dry setting and I suppose it's just saving energy by drying them just to almost completely dry. There was more cleaning than I expected (lots of lint filters) but it does come with a helpful brush for those.

Brilliant machine. So energy efficient

We purchased the Beko BST 4923IW drier in mid August, It never dried our towels properly and in January the machine failed completely. We are now left with a non working machine. Beko and AO's 1 month warranty for running it in a commercial premise means we can't get it working without investing more money. We cannot recommend this product.

Dries well - most stuff in less than 2 hours. Reasonably quiet. I'm very happy with it so far.
