We have been using the oven for around 2 weeks for all different types of cooking from a Sunday roast to baking cakes and its been excellent and very easy to use. I would recommend the oven ??

Cooker was delivered, and fitted by 2 friendly, professional and efficient engineers. Who also took our old cooker away. Cooker easy to use once read of instructions. Love the bug meat trays. Would recommend buying this product.

The delivery lads carried this into my kitchen for me without any complaint and communication from ao was excellent. I have had this appliance for a week now. AO.com offered 10% discount to NHS staff, which was brilliant! When it came, it wouldn't fit in to the space below my gas hob without alteration to the kitchen unit, took me a day to do this but once fitted it looks great. This built under double oven comes from the cheaper end of the market and it shows here and there in the product. For example, the top oven door doesn't close smoothly (might just be mine) and there is no self-cleaning mode. Having said that, the fan oven is much quieter than my old oven and seems to warm up very quickly. It could do with larger thermostat lights or an audible warning when the oven has heated up to the required temperature, but these are minor quibbles. The ability to have "full grill" or "half grill" is a bonus. Overall, I am pleased with the product and only time will tell if it has longevity.

Great oven cooks well, low energy and looks the part. Only problem was it didn’t come with installation brackets as shown in the booklet. Unsure if it should of done so contacted ao to find out who just gave me a phone number for hisense to chase them up didn’t have time to wait for this so ended up having to purchase these at additional cost :/ something To be aware of if you’ve got a fitter booked in or your stuck without an oven

Looks good, but little things like no racks for the grill pans make it feel cheap. Didn’t come with fitting brackets for the built under worktop as described in instruction manual. Once fitted though looks the part.

We have had it for about 2-3 weeks now. Bought it to replace the existing one. I did not want to buy it as I never heard about this brand before. But we had to go with it as it was the only one which we could fit. I am very happy with it. The most important thing is that it bakes properly. It takes a bit longer for the oven to get hot, but when it is hot, it works just perfect.

Excellent product great size, easy opening doors heats up very quick and light is well positioned to see products cooking without opening the doors, Clock and timer easy to program and set. Grill and handle easy to use and plenty of rails for a different range of cooking, overall product easy to install and great value for money.
