    Absolutely love it!

I have had the SMEG coffee machine for quite some time now and I was desperate to get the SMEG coffee grinder but wasn't sure how it would compare to others as I couldn't find any reviews online. In the end I went for it and I'm so happy! The grinder looks gorgeous, it is very efficient and has so many options when it comes to how you would like your beans ground. I particularly like the filter holder than allows you to place your filter under the grinder and have beans ground directly into the filter before using it with the coffee machine. It also comes with a very handy container to store ground coffee which is useful for storage. Very happy with this purchase!

Beautiful and matches other Smeg items. Not disappointed, but not overly impressed with the finer grind settings.

    Looks good on the worktop!

Great looking product and a good buy. My only comment would be some of the chrome feels/looks cheap - because they are plastic - for the money may have expected metal and then would have been superb. A good blend of form and function

Lovely but a hefty price tag!

lovely piece of kit, does the job really well but expensive. You do get what you pay for but im not sure if its worth nearly £200 perhaps £150 would be a fairer price point

    Great design, looks and functionality

Great design and functionality, very easy operation and very quiet easy loading and being able to see when running low on beans. It lost one star for cheap plastic basket support which is grey and flimsy and does not matching colour could be made of slightly nicer plastic to match the brand image and been in black. But otherwise very pleased with my purchase

Bought to replace a noisy and rather basic Gaggia grinder. Perceived quality is good and it is reasonably quiet - only problem is the coffee grinding! If you drink espresso or use Moka Express pots as we do, the finest setting is simply not fine enough. On our old Gaggia grinder, we used no 2 or 3 of 16 settings. The Smeg has a rather absurd 30 settings, but the finest is still ‘grains’ rather than ‘powder’. It won’t wake the kids, but then again neither will the coffee be the perfect start to your day.
