Never owned a tumble dryer before so went into this with very little knowledge, Very easy to set up. I was concerned about the noise it made but have been told that heat pump tumble dryers do make a bit of an odd noise to your standard sort of dryer. Works absolutely beautifully and means I can keep on top of the washing throughout the winter now. It does take a while longer than a standard tumble dryer as my friend has a normal condenser dryer and hers seems to dry quicker than mine BUT being said I have taken note of the electric consumption due to being on a tight budget and I can happily say it hasn't really effected my electricity readings. I use it about 3 times a week & it only adds on about 5p an hour to my electric reading from my in home display so I'm thoroughly impressed. I've knocked of a star as the pictures are very misleading as it shows your able to control this unit via WiFi which is UNTRUE. You can only use NFC with this product. You have to get the higher spec dryer to make use of the WiFi capabilities. If like me I was looking forward to controlling my tumble dryer from the comfort of my bed, I was very very disappointed in this. AO have said unfortunately it's an issue with the manufacturer as they are the ones that supply the images for the product so I'm currently going through a miss sale complaint with them. BUT all in all a really good dryer and great for the price

Loads of programmes for drying, Large drum and door makes filling and emptying easy. Best of all is how little power it uses. No longer feel guilty drying clothes or dread the electric bill. Whats not to like.

Product is good and does what it says on the tin Nice touches like the condenser being on the door puts this into the convenient sector The app functionality could be a lot better

It's great. Very easy to use, no need for a vent pipe as it collects all the water in a container on the front of the machine.

Great dryer, easy to use and good price. Takes longer than my old vented dryer but a lot cheaper to run.

Have to say I’m not loving it. My main issue is that the clothes come out more creased up than when they went in. I used to have a cheap vented dryer which was much better than this one. I’m devastated that I’ve wasted my money and have no means to replace with another.

Easy to use, not too noisy. Clothes come dry without you having to guess how much time they need with the “smart touch” setting. The water reservoir in the door is easy to empty. Only problem is it has a funny smell inside the dryer - probably because it’s new & it will wear off in time. Also it seems to stay on even when the load is finished - the little light stays on which seems to indicate it’s using electricity which seems wasteful.
