Excellent product, it doesn't get as hot as traditional and condenser dryers, it took us a while to get used to that, but clothes and towels dry just as quick, I would definitely recommend buying a heat pump dryer, we have never bought this make before but would definitely buy a candy again.

Very quiet. Only a quiet beep at the end.Much better than some driers that demand your attention !

Never had a heat pump anything before so this baffled me for the first 24 hours and I was forced against my will to read the instruction booklet. I'm still furious. BUT thank goodness I did because now I know which programme to use for which clothes and who knew that WHITES was the right programme for towels?!! Mind blowing stuff. It's a brilliant tumble dryer and now I've learnt how to use it I'm delighted with it. Heat pumps are the way forward!

Very good energy and dryer

It’s simply perfect

I took a chance with this tumble dryer and new fangled technology because I don’t like condenser dryers and I didn’t really want to punch a hole in the wall for a vent in my new home. It paid off. It dries really well but not too much and everything is easy to iron. My best tumble dryer to date.

We bought this to replace a very old condenser drier that just had one (very hot) setting. It's absolutely marvellous. It's not as loud as the old one and it has plenty of programmes to choose from and senses the dryness of the clothes so you can just set and forget. I haven't gone so far as to test the energy efficiency by checking the meters but I can say that it puts put a lot less heat into the room than the old one, which I'm taking to mean that it uses the heat generated more efficiently.
