Really loud and very slow. I wouldn't recommend.

Researched and bought this dryer since it had a hose drain kit so that it automatically emptied the water straight into the drain. No hose drain kit was supplied. So the paid for installation was unable to be completed. Tried ringing AO but always held in a queue well over an hour. So far no contact and no resolution. Avoid.

Huge mistake - I wish I could return it - It takes hours to dry which I can cope with (just) but there is no reverse movement on the drum so bedding becomes so tangled up it takes ages to untangle. It is best ally unfit to dry bedding so now all my bedding has to go on the line. Programmes are also pretty useless with most drying to damp. The drier then needs to be put on a shirt setting so that the stuff is dried properly - it really takes an age. I could never ever recommend this product.

Dries okay ... but despite the promise to the contrary, you cannot control this via WiFi ... only NFC. I specifically chose this because of the WiFi control, hence the poor rating.

Door water tank is no good. Easy to drop and break. We don’t want to recommend.

Not quite sure on this product, bedding is an absolute nightmare with no reverse action, it all tangles into a ball and had to keep untangling it so let’s all the heat out :((( . Yes it’s noisy, yes it takes longer but that’s no a problem it just the bedding ??

This model is not advertised correctly. AO have listed this as WiFi Connected. It is NOT WiFi capable at all. Candy lists this product as Simply-Fi App NFC ONLY. therefore you can only use it within NFC range of the device and ONLY if you have an Android device with NFC capability. iOS app can only register the product for warranty and nothing more. I think that AO has mis-represented the product and mis-sold the product on features that are not offered by the supplier.

Have to say I’m not loving it. My main issue is that the clothes come out more creased up than when they went in. I used to have a cheap vented dryer which was much better than this one. I’m devastated that I’ve wasted my money and have no means to replace with another.
