I had a business and employed 4 cleaners, they all voted for this brand of cleaner. We had 1 Charles wet and dry to remove stains and and clean carpets. My wife saw them using the same and had to have one. This is to finally replace ours. If something is as robust and as reliable as this is her choice after this time, it speaks for itself. Great product and it does what it is supposed to do.

Great vacuum, has a really good suction on it. Can’t fault this product at all.

super suction ,this vaccum is like my old Henry which i loved with all the same great features but this one has more suction ,in fact brilliant suction and washes, what more could you want, easy to use and move ,in fact i was shocked by how light it is .Charles is Simply Great

Great vaccume. Very good suction. Good on hard wood floors. Con- can't control the suction and for that reason can't clean the area rugs.... the suction is too strong . On and off good vaccume.

Good 2in1, too large for me but it's worth it , doing great job!

best vacuum cleaner purchase. suction excellent and easy to use. i have a Henry and Charles. And i love them!

A tip top replacement which should cope with all eventualities. Am very pleased so far but will have to find a new storage space. .I have several Chinese rugs so have to pull Charles along more gently to avoid tipping over. Cable is nice and long but I miss my old vac which had an automatic cable rewind. Am confident that Charles will be with us and be a very useful friend for a long time.

Bought Charlie after talking to friends loyal to henry and plumber using charlie to empty radiators of water for replacement. Impressed by comments. Early days but impressed, cleans well but needs a bit of oomph to push/pull the hose and head.
