I’ve had this machine a couple of weeks now so thought I’d leave a review. Once it’d been plumbed in I ran a cycle to test it which all went well. Once that had finished I set up the smart side of it which took a few attempts as you have to pair it with your phone through Bluetooth so that it can be linked to the Wi-Fi. Overall I’m pleased with the machine. It has plenty of options for the cycles including a quick 14 minute one which is good for freshening up clothes. On each cycle you can adjust the temperature and spin speed which gives you flexibility depending on what you’re washing. I like the app as it shows you how long is left on the cycle and it even texts you when it’s finished so you know it’s time to hang it out. You can also select the cycles from the app and it tells you when the machine needs a cleaning cycle.

Product is lovely, it washes well, is a lot quieter than my last machine, although a slower spin speed clothes come out lovely and dry. Hopefully no long term problems as I paid for unpackaged and they left a block of polystyrene in the carcass of the machine

Love my new washing machine!!!! The Wi-Fi is amazing setting the program from your smart device & the notifications you get that the cycle has finished.

My old washing machine packed up just as we returned back from holiday so after 3.days of not being able to decide.. I went with Hoover washing machine 10kg, washing smells fresh, various programme, quick wash and hand wash. Removal,.disconnection of old one and connecting my new one went without a hitch. It was all done in space of 20 minutes as I have narrow passage and kitchen the guys did a great job. Would defo recommend this machine ??

The drum size is perfect for a family of six. It washes really good and we have not had any issues when it comes to using the app and navigating the different wash settings. It’s all really handy and helpful when managing multiple household task. When it’s starts the spin cycle at 1400 rpm it does get a bit noisy at first but I find that it evens out as it get to top speed but this is not a deal breaker for us.
