Lovely washing machine- fairly easy to use. Only rated it down one star as we’ve had problems with it not liking changes in water pressure etc. it has faulted on a couple of washes. But the intelligence part informed us via the app. Louder than expected but gets the clothes clean.

Great washer but the app doesn’t work so can’t activate the wireless part!

This is the best washing machine I have ever purchased. It has a huge capacity drum of 10kg, Wi-fi and other additional settings. I had it connected a week ago and I love it. The two Customer Service Advisors who assisted me on the telephone were very professional, informative and polite. I paid for the additional service of disconnection, connection, remove and disposal which is definitely worth it. The delivery men who came from Dundee were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend AO.Com as they are competitively priced and a professional company to deal with.

Great washing machine, quiet and with the 14 minute quick wash its great if your in a rush. Would recommend it

This hoover washing machine is exactly as described absolutely brilliant

I’ve only had this a week, but I’m really impressed so far. Having had a 7kg washer previously, it has been brilliant to be able to machine wash all the duvets rather than doing it in the bath! I haven’t tried the Wi-Fi functionality yet, I didn’t even know that was a thing until I got this! I chose it because of the large capacity, high spin speed, choice of wash options and it was a great price. I already had the matching dryer, so that too!
