I am very pleased with this washing machine but have had to request a Hoover engineer visit as the inlet valves appears to be faulty. The machine makes a loud hanging noise when the water shuts off during the rinse cycle. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars as the machine is exactly what I wanted.

Had hoover before always good so I got another

The machine seems solid while being more energy efficient and a smaller foot print than the elderly 10KG machine it replaced. The app and Wifi control is a nice to have. The machine is in the garage so being able to get a notification on my phone when it finishes & to start an extra rinse or spin cycle remotely if needed is great. Sadly cant get it to integrate with Home assistant, but that's not the fault of the machine

Great product very great value for money and having a 10 kg load the washing came out less creased and very clean would highly recommend hover

Really like this washing machine. Have used it a handful of times and it’s great. Easy to use and cleans great. Only thing I would say say is to take clothes out as soon as its finished as they start to smell very quickly, especially if you use the steam function.
