Great washing machine and easy to use. Using the Hoover App is one of the greatest things I have used, gives you alerts when finished and a refresher cycle if needed

Absolutely love my machine. Would think twice in the future paying for a technician to install as the 1st guys done it incorrectly which left me with a flooded kitchen and then I had to sit week without a washing machine as I was able to be given an exact day and time for the connection department to come back and couldn't take a day off work waiting, opted for a Saturday call out and the 2nd bunch of technicians were amazing.

Great machine. It washes your clothes. Beats all that manual scrubbing.

As soon as I unpacked this I knew it was not going to last. All the plastic parts are so cheap and flimsy. The drawer pops out all the time. The flap at the bottom would not close properly. It wouldn't connect to the app. The time is never right on the countdown timer. And finally after 14 months it has shown an error and is now not working. Is this machine fit for purpose? I would say not at all. It feels like a very cheap washing machine whilst being a mid range machine. I would have expected a better build quality and to last at least a few years. Very disappointed.
