So far prity impressed control's are easier than the 300 model,it's quite when washing have yet to use the drier coz the sun has come out!!

This washer/dryer has a generous size drum, you can get a good amount of washing in it. I found the instructions to operate it,hard to understand as it has a lot of programs with different options. You can use the Internet to help operate this machine but I've just moved into a new home and waiting for Broadband. I find that the programs are too long, the machine says it works out the length of them itself, can't find a short wash cycle. Maybe when I have Broadband installed it'll work it out. I have been able to sort out the desired programs and generally happy with this machine.

EXCELLENT washer dryer !! The dryer works GREAT when you get to grips with the programs !! I had to learn via the guided programs on the hOn app as I'd NEVER had a washer dryer BUT its washed and dried my 9kg weighted blanket BRILLANTLY !! DEFO recommend this machine !!

Excellent machine. Easy to use and a great tumble dryer.

Good machine but seems to be making quite a bit of noise and am unsure if this is normal

Product is excellent - the huge drum capacity makes such a difference to your washing workload. Lots of different effective programmes too. Very nice looking aesthetic too. Couldn’t be happier with the product.

When it works its good, but it does seem to be very sensitive. Within a week we had to call out under the warranty as the dryer had stopped working. The repair man told me its because the machine needs about 20 minutes to cool down at the end of a drying cycle before you can turn the power off. Its an easy fix, take the top off which only needs 2 screws at the back taking out and press the buttons to reset the thermostat. In the 3-4 months we've had this we had a power cut for a few seconds and a small appliance caused the circuit to trip and had to be reset. both while the machine was on and I had to reset these buttons, so I think its a poor design and too sensitive. It also stopped working as something jammed the pump to drain the machine, I had to clean the filter while there was a lot of water in the machine which of course went everywhere and flooded the kitchen floor. Why anyone still makes washing machines that dont have a draining hose is beyond me. Other than this its a good large machine and copes well with regular washing and the app makes choosing and customising the wash cycle easy.

Worked ok the first time we did a wash and dry, but after that the dry function doesnt have any heat.
