I am really pleased with my new washing machine. This machine has great functions, washes well and is very quiet when spinning. The 15 minute wash is eco friendly. Items of clothing are coming out clean and fresh. The machine has a big drum for large washes. You could easily fit a duvet in it.

Best washing machine I have owned. So quiet you barely hear it, the direct drive spin is incredibly quiet too. The 10kg drum holds so much more than a 7kg (my old machine). Love the 15 minute programme and the refresh programme is brilliant for my throw. The detergent drawer comes out easily for cleaning. To top it off, it looks good too.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect with the Haier brand, it's not a brand I had personally used before or knew much about. Colour me impressed! Unboxing and setting up the machine was a breeze, all of the connectors were included which made it a simple job of hooking up to the water and drainage and pushing it into place, something we managed to do in about 15 minutes. The first impression you get with the washing machine is how easy it is to set up a load, the panel is incredibly intuitive and you can easily tweak the temperature or spin speed. The machine also comes with a handy sticker for the correct detergent dosages so you're not adding too much, and the large detergent drawer that handles both liquids and powder detergents has allowed us to get rid of the plastic dosage measures which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The second thing you notice is just how quiet it is, the previous machine we had sounded like it was trying to take off during a spin cycle, with this we had to do a double take to make sure it was actually on, even when it's spinning at 1400rpm. Cleaning quality is also very good, the machine has handled everything we've put through it from muddy dog towels to sensitive linens without any problems and the high speed spin cycle has let us reduce the time we spend drying our less sensitive clothes. I honestly haven't found any negatives to the machine yet, it's happily handled everything we've thrown at it without blinking and we've yet to find any problems.

Absolutely loving our new washing machine. The large 10kg drum is perfect for our family of 4 as our children's magic washing baskets seem to be permanently full. The quick wash is ideal for a smaller wash if you are in a hurry and the refresh steam cycle is brilliant for clothes that aren't really dirty just need a quick refresh. The best feature by far is how quiet the machine is when running. Even when on its spin cycle it is very quiet and you sometimes forget it is on.

We purchased the Haier HW100-B14939S_AN Washing Machine in Anthracite to replace our previous washing machine that had become so loud when spinning, our dogs use to run and hide! Not a good scenario when living open plan! Our new washing machine is amazing! I’m not sure that I should admit how excited I was when it arrived! The sleek look of the machine adds to its appeal. I was a little apprehensive as the highest spin cycle (1400) is less than our previous machine, this was quickly dismissed after my first wash as the clothes came out drier than when spun in our old machine! The 10kg capacity means I can wash less frequently, which coupled with its super efficient wash equals less cost which during the current economic climate is very much needed. It adjusts the time and water needed depending on the weight of the items being washed. The machine has capacity to wash a duvet, perfect as no longer need to go to the launderette to waste time and money. The washing machine has 15 different wash cycles and the ability to change temperature, spin speed and rinse cycles. You can wash something in 15 mins if you need, or just refresh clothing that’s not dirty. I am a fan of programming my machine to end when I get up in the morning as the clothes don’t sit wet in the machine overnight, I can put my washing out on the line before work. It has a 24 hour timer which works well. My only issue is website states it has a pause & add item which is great for dropped socks, however there is no mention of this in the manual. I think I’ve sussed it as if you hold the pause/stop button down, it stops and the lock symbol disappears, allowing you to open the machine. I would definitely recommend this machine! Brilliant, quiet and efficient.

I’m so impressed with how quiet this machine is in comparison to my old machine! I love the 10kg load too, we can fit such a huge amount in there which is handy with a rather messy 2 year old in the house! Would definitely recommend and it looks great in our kitchen too!
