We have always brought Samsung in the past, however the last two have been disappointing. So we decided to try the Haier and we are very pleased with it, very well thought out machine, that works well, runs quietly. We went for a 10Kg one because we have two large dogs and have to wash large dog beds.

Needed a new washing machine quickly due to old one breaking. Felt like I didn’t do too much research into it and was worried I made the wrong decision, but I am extremely happy with this purchase. The machine is so quiet, love the antibacterial settings for certain materials. Very good energy rating and holds a larger load compared to my old hotpoint. One note is it is a lot heavier than our previous machine, so I would struggle to move this myself. All in all, I am very happy and would highly recommended.

Amazing washing machine! This is a huge, efficient and virtually silent machine. It's very easy to programme and the 15 minute wash is especially useful. Thoroughly recommend it.
