I was very excited to try this machine out. Its 10kg drum is amazingly big and reduces my wash loads throughout the week. It's super super quiet, like a humming sound in the background when on its spin. I had to check on the machine to see if it was still on, its literally really quiet. I like how quickly you can open the door once the washing is over. No more waiting around for that click. I do find that the clothes are slightly more wet compared to my previous machine but then it's manageable.

Best washing machine I have owned. So quiet you barely hear it, the direct drive spin is incredibly quiet too. The 10kg drum holds so much more than a 7kg (my old machine). Love the 15 minute programme and the refresh programme is brilliant for my throw. The detergent drawer comes out easily for cleaning. To top it off, it looks good too. You won't regret buying this machine

Very quiet and clothes come out smelling brilliant. So big as well that we now wash only once every two days rather than every day (family of four). Ultimately it will save us money in the current climate.

Overall having used this machine for about a month now I have to say its fantastic. Its big drum size is great for my family. I can get more clothes washed and don't have to worry about piles of unwashed clothing around the house. It's super quiet and honestly I have to keep checking to see if the machine is still running its cycle. It's unreal. I love the bold white and black design. It's a great machine and does exactly what it says!!!

We've been really impressed with the washing machine, it was very easy to plumb in and setup. The multiple programs cover all types of washes and the additional refresh program is brilliant for clothes that aren't dirty but just need a quick refresh, it does this with a 15min steam cycle. The 10kg drum is really large and helps get through the washing piles much quicker. The direct drive motor is so quiet that you barely notice it running.

This machine is not only stylish, simple to use but is also Silent!. Installation was very straightforward as my partner is a plumber so i suppose this also helped. Although i did get a little confused as to where to but the soap as there is a flap to lift for liquid vs powder soap the manual was very easy to navigate. I like the feature of the 15min fast wash as little things like washing a top you may have got a stain on but unworn or clothes in the wardrobe for too long a quick freshen up is ideal. The machine is very easy to look at and the 10kg load is fantastic when you have a new-born that goes through bibs and grows like no-ones business. Would definitely recommend!!! Fave Features: Digital Display, Anti Crease, Speed of Spin, Wash Delay. The digital display is so nice and big for anyone with visual impairment and the dial for the washing functions is easy to navigate and clear that you don't have to wonder what option you have chosen. The delay button is great if you want to set the machine in advance but perhaps finish by the time you are back home or free.

Never heard of the manufacture Haier before but the machine was fully guaranteed by the manufactures and of course AO.com. All went very well with the delivery and they removed our old Hoover which after 11 years of excellent service had decided to self destruct. The new machine was installed on time with very little fuss and the delivery personal cleaned up after them. With regards to the new machine very pleased with the performance ease of use, value for money and effectiveness of the wash . Certainly great value for money !
