Well, I never thought I would be impressed by a washing machine but I was wrong! With the 10kg load, I can get so much more in each wash and the choice of programmes is excellent. This machine is so quiet, even on spin, the direct drive makes a huge difference to the noise level. No more waiting 2 hours for a quick wash like I used to have to do, this machine gives you the option of 15 minutes. The refresh programme is brilliant, I have a huge throw on the back of my sofa which fits in the machine easily and the refresh mode made a great job of fluffing it up and making it smell lovely and fresh. The detergent drawer is easy to remove for cleaning and slides back in effortlessly. The display is easy to read, even without my glasses on. The delay function means I can set it to come on early in the morning and it is ready to hang out when I get up. The spinner is so quiet that it does not disturb our sleep. As an added bonus it looks really nice too, sleek and stylish .

My husband found it easy to plumb in and it is striking to look at with the black door against the white background. The dial is simple to control and understand. The booklet enclosed tells you what each programme does. For most individual programmes there is the option to change the temperature and the spin speed. Turning to each programme tells you in an illuminated panel how long the programme takes to run when pre-set and when the temperature and spin speed are changed. My go-to programme is Fast, as it takes a full 10 kg for cotton/synthetics at 40deg at 1400 spin. This has enabled me to cut out 1 wash a week by being able to put my bedding in with my normal wash. This programme takes 1hour 7 mins on the pre-set and 1 hour 12 mins on the option I choose. If I forget to put something in I press Pause, which allows me to put it in immediately and then the press Start. There is every programme you will ever need including a 15 mins wash which is brilliant for my gym gear and an Eco mode. There is a child lock if needed, an extra rinse, anti-crease and a Delay button. The machine is so quiet you can hardly hear it and that includes the spin. After the wash the machine can be opened immediately. The last thing to mention is that at last I know how long the programme has left until it is finished as the time on the illuminated panel changes as the wash goes through. Brilliant machine!

So far, so good . The machine is the quietest I’ve ever had. I’m not sure I love the look of it, but it’s in the utility room, so it isn’t terrible. One thing to note - I put my king duvet in it today, and it’s tighter than I thought it would be, having deliberately bought this size to accommodate. It could be because it’s a wool duvet and not feather, but this should ge stipulated in the description.

Looks great, huge drum which is a necessity for a family of four! We've found it a very quiet washing machine when on, it doesn't beep when finished which for us is a bonus but some may not like not being notified at the end of a wash. Incredibly easy to use, large digital display and the child lock function is easy to activate! Looks great in the kitchen.

This is a fantastic Machine, so quite, I have a couple of times had to go into the kitchen to make sure it was still on. The clothes are well washed. Would recommend.

So far so good. Large load size is great for our family of 5, and it is incredibly quiet. Very simple to use.

I am delighted with this machine. I bought it because I wanted a quiet machine. It exceeds my expectations! You can barely hear it when it is spinning even if you are standing right beside it. It came with rubber strips to be fitted round the bottom to dampen the sound, but neither I nor the delivery men noticed they were inside the machine, so they weren't fitted, but really they are not needed it is so quiet. The controls are really simple and it indicates the actual time left until the end of the wash which is really useful.
