Love the 15 minute programme and the refresh programme is brilliant for my throw. The detergent drawer comes out easily for cleaning. To top it off, it looks good too. I am really pleased with my new washing machine. This machine has great functions, washes well and is very quiet when spinning. The 15 minute wash is eco friendly. Items of clothing are coming out clean and fresh. The machine has a big drum for large washes. You could easily fit a duvet in it.

Used for a week now and don’t have any negatives really although my small trainer socks often get caught in the door rubber and so don’t go through a spin etc so come out soaking wet. No big deal really and have bought a laundry bag so I can zip them in that from now on. Lots of positives, firstly it is really quiet from start to finish especially the spin! Lots of wash options from a quick 15 minute and the one I use the most is the 1 hour 10 but there are longer cycles if you need them. Can’t fault this machine at all so far so would definitely recommend and for the price of it too you can’t go wrong. Great service from ao.com

Okay, so this machine is super quiet - unbelievable so. The manual however, leaves a lot to be desired. The machine has a delay function but the manual says to enter the washing powder immediately before the cycle. The programs are not clearly explained either - The ECO 40-60 takes over 2.5 hours but didn't heat at all based on the power consumed and neither temperature or spin speed could be varied. The wash did come out clean though. The 15 minute wash estimated 36 minutes when temp set to 40 and spin speed set to 1400 but took 42 minutes. The drain hose is shorter than our old model and is attached to the lower left corner when viewed from the rear. As our drain connector is under the sink to the other side it's stretching it a bit and needs an extension. There's no 'rinse' program but the 15 minute program or Refresh program can have options changed to achieve this. Will probably keep it as it is cleaning well, is cheap to run and as said earlier, amazingly quiet even on full spin.
