Used for a week now and don’t have any negatives really although my small trainer socks often get caught in the door rubber and so don’t go through a spin etc so come out soaking wet. No big deal really and have bought a laundry bag so I can zip them in that from now on. Lots of positives, firstly it is really quiet from start to finish especially the spin! Lots of wash options from a quick 15 minute and the one I use the most is the 1 hour 10 but there are longer cycles if you need them. Can’t fault this machine at all so far so would definitely recommend and for the price of it too you can’t go wrong. Great service from ao.com
