It’s good quality and looks great. I just wish they’d make a standard shorter wash cycle. There is a quick 30 min wash but the other standard washes are all around 2hrs plus. Service from AO and their delivery team was 5*

Love this machine….it’s so quiet and has lots of different programs…I really like the fact you can add forgotten items to the wash once cycle has started… Very reasonable price and a great quality product…the fact it’s a Hotpoint is why I bought it..a quality brand who never disappoints ??

Up to now, works perfectly and is easy to use.

So far so good. The tumble dryer works exactly as I would expect with no negatives so far, having done around 30-40 loads since purchase. The sensor to determine when the load is dry seems to be really effective and you can change from iron dry to cupboard dry if you want to make sure clothes are as dry as possible. Taking the water container out to empty is very straightforward and usually done after 2-3 loads. Yes it does take a little longer to dry items than a typical tumble dryer, but as long as you factor that in, there is no difference. We are a family of 6 and would not say that this adds time or causes issues trying to get through a number of loads in a row. I would say to allow perhaps 30-60mins longer than a typical tumble dryer. Obviously a full load of towels will take longer to dry than a load of sportswear. Overall wouldn't hesitate to buy again, as it does what it needs to.

Really pleased with this washing machine, lots of options within the programmes with easy to follow instructions. Very quiet operation. Good value. Would recommend.

Brilliant but takes time to understand till get use to it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the look of the washing machine when it arrived. I had looked at pictures and it looked like the window in the door was black. It isn't it's just dark but is still see-through. Quiet in operation with a nice display to show what it's doing and it's progress. The programmes are longer than our old one, trading time for energy & water usage - both were key deciders for the product I chose. Overall very happy.

so far i am well impressed with my washing machine its really quiet . Some of the wash programs are a little long for my liking but other than that its perfect
