So far so good nice quality and really quiet machine. Hopefully cost less to run than my old condenser dryer.

Wet pleased with service from AO & the machine itself looks & performs very well, quieter than our last heat pump tumble dryer & seems to dry everything much more efficiently.

This tumble dryer is the best! With an AAA energy rating and sooo easy to maintain without any plumbing. Empty cartridge of water (pull out and empty into sink) and clear filter lifted out of the door area - just lifts out and folds open. I am so pleased with this purchase!! Worth the cost!!

Great value for money Gone from a condenser dryer to heat pump.. wasn’t sure at first, it is a bit different the change of sound it’s quieter, it can take a little longer to dry towels/thicker stuff but not much, Overall very easy to use & I put a lot more stuff in to dry than my condenser one as it use to get extremely hot, but this one recycles it’s own heat & doesn’t get as hot & hence doesn’t shrink the clothes
