Good quiet tumble dryer - easy to use

The machine runs quietly and both filters are easy to remove and clean. The water tank pulls out easy enough even though my tumble dryer is above my washer. Still finding out the best settings to use for certain items but I'm not complaining. Very happy with my purchase.

Very satisfied with the drier a lot more efficient than the old one. I must mention the service was second to none. The delivery men were top notch.

Takes longer than normal but dries clothes for much cheaper. It’s quieter too. Happy with purchase. Delivery all good.

Absolutely excellent Tumble Dryer, I was concerned about switching from a vented model, however this has proven to not only be energy efficient it works equally as well as the vented one.

I was really worried about switching to a heat pump dryer from our vented model. However the spiralling costs of electricity and improving our households energy rating made us go for this. We have no regrets. The machine is easy to clean and maintain, emptying the water and filters is simple. Our clothes have been completely dry, the machine adjusts the timings as it goes through the cycle to ensure this. We have continued to wash full loads of cottons as we normally would in our busy household of 5, and today completed a King Size Duvet Cover, sheet and pillow cases all with no problem. There are a couple of important points to note with these dryers. 1. Do not open the door during the cycle / you disrupt the whole working of the machine and completely set the heat pump cycle back - peeking in here to check will cause havoc! so we never open the door once it’s started. 2. Expect it to take longer than a vented model, but we are not talking hours & hours longer -just prepare yourself and be patient, be reassured it’s costing you so much less to run, it’s more a consideration of fitting this in within the practicalities of your household.
