It appears well made. It’s definitely quieter than our old Neff American Fridge Freezer it replaced. We’re missing a separate salad drawer. The water dispenser takes some getting used to - you don’t rest a glass and fill it, there’s a pressure plate at the back that actuates at the top - making drinking bottles and smaller glasses a 2-handed process to avoid spills (which it does easily as only a very shallow drip-collecting area). These are just minor gripes that’ll take a little getting used to. It looks and feels higher quality, and is definitely quieter than our 12yr old Neff one - and the data sheet says it’s more efficient - only time will tell…

Great product it replaced a Bush American Fridge Freezer which we had quite a few problems with over the years. This product is on a different league to its predecessor. It’s c rated with plenty of space, extremely well lit & very quiet. The best part is that my wife loves it, she compares it to a spaceship. So if you’re looking for a replacement look no further

This is our second Samsung American Style F/F. First one lasted 19 years. This one a bit different but happy with it so far. Having to get used to the way the doors open (different from last one). I would have given it 5 stars but a manufacturing fault on framework around the water/ice dispenser a bit disappointing. Just hope it won't deteriorate.

Love it - large capacity, filtered water, ice on tap. All at a great price. What’s not to like.
