This product is amazing and looks so good well worth the money and delivery was fast

Nice looking product but it was impossible to clean the burner covers. Despite being advertised as a stainless steel unit, the burner covers are actually aluminium with a nickel plating which marks very badly, leaving the hob looking a mess. After complaining to Smeg, who were very helpful, they sent me new burner covers but these were no more use than the ones I already had. I complained again and was sent a further set but these were just as bad so I rejected the product as not being fit for purpose and eventually received a full refund..

Great stove. Looks amazing and is powerful. Everything is rapid smooth and shiny. Only bad thing about it is the disks under the burners aren't smooth. They're filled with tiny lines like an old vinyl record. This make them deeply challenging to clean.

This is a great quality product. Looks great in our new kitchen. Definitely recommend.
