The hob is great! It is powerful enough to fry everything we need even without using the maximum settings.

Sadly, one of the burners did not work after the hob was delivered and I had to wait 10 days for the engineer to fix it, which he did and it's working well now, but I was surprised that AO had delivered a faulty hob to me. I have already bought the Smeg oven and I'm very happy with it. The hob is sturdy and well-made. It's easy to cook on and cleans well. Apart from the hitch over the burner, I am pleased with the products.

Installed the hob only to find that the large ring is continuously igniting. It only stops clicking if you turn it off. Went to the ao website to arrange a replacement only for them to inform me that I need to contact the manufacturer. - in Italy!. I spent a little more that I wanted to with this item because I thought it would be a reliable product. How wrong was I?

The hob is a great design, the separate gas plates are adjusted to give different levels of heat which is far better than my previous job which had to be adjusted manually. I can judge more easily which one to use for a articular task. I am very pleased with its design and function. The one thing I'm finding more tricky is the ignition. It is not immediate on pressing the knob down but takes a couple of seconds. This is minor compared to all the good things about it.

Removed 1 star because the shiny silver centre of the wok-burner gets tarnished immediately on use.

It looks beautiful and well made, the design of the hobs is perfect for a small kitchen.
