The hob itself is beautiful, and the different burner sizes are very useful and helped deliver a cracking Christmas lunch. The knobs aren't great, with the "handles" sticking out getting in the way rather frequently; I am rather concerned they're going to break off. I hope Sneg offers decent customer service if they actually ever do. It might be useful to note (because it wasn't stated here anywhere when I placed my order) that if you're going from electric to gas, gas hobs are less deep than electric (or induction) ones. We had to hurriedly cut and screw some wood to fill the gap whilst the engineers kindly waited (if we hadn't been so quick to resolve the issue I don't think they could have!) - without doing that they wouldn't have been able to fit the hob. Worth knowing if you're going to do the same!

Absolutely love this looks so lovely in our new kitchen. AO.com fab service. Had left a review for the smeg oven but only gave it three stars as not working, five stars for looks. Engineer came out from SMEG and sorted us out, not only the oven did they sort out but the oven hood as well. Great service from them too.

I love this hob. It match our kitchen. It looks stylish. It is a very good quality. Very happy ??

It gets very hot when in use. Heats up the wall and kitchen worktop around. It's very poor quality. I bought build in oven as well because of the retro style and I really regret it. I have a feeling it will fall to pieces. You pay just for the brand not the quality. I am disappointed. I think all the positive comments are from people who don't cook.

Looks perfect in the kitchen, really nice colour. Only proble is it shows up each and every scratch but overall happy.
