Great service, the team collected an old American style fridge/freezer and this was without a new purchase being required. Recycling old fridge at low charge, very quick service.

First time using collect and recycle service to collect broken washing machine. I live 3rd floor flat so called to inform them of the stairs and was told not an issue but they'll pop a note on for the guys. Was happy receiving a phone to inform me they were 8 minutes away, when they arrived they complained about being tired because of the stairs, younger guy was no issue but older man had an attitude and tried telling me there was 4 flights of stairs which would be 50-60 steps and wouldn't meet health and safety when there was 3 flight of stairs with 42 steps and was told on the phone that would be fine. He tried to argue with me about the number of stairs making me feel very uncomfortable in my own home.
